Saint Jean is renowned for its high-quality products, from ravioles, our traditional product, to quenelles, pasta, and delicatessen products. Our products are our best ambassadors. 

We work with sensitive products, and respecting good hygiene practices and taking these risks into account are essential prerequisites for preserving our products and satisfying our consumers.

Since 2007, we have been committed to a pragmatic environmental approach aimed at reducing our impact on the environment. This approach involves controlling the use of the resources necessary for our activities.

Saint Jean also has a comprehensive policy on waste reduction, recycling, and food waste. This policy includes a number of actions that follow each link in the life cycle of our products:
  • Working with our suppliers to limit packaging and over-packaging
  • Ecodesign for all new packaging and products
  • Waste reduction, selective sorting, and regular monitoring of waste quantities
  • Ongoing search for value-added channels
  • Donating to charities to avoid throwing away products with short sell-by dates
