Since 2007, we have been committed to a pragmatic environmental approach aimed at reducing our impact on the environment. This approach involves controlling the use of the resources necessary for our activities.

Saint Jean also has a comprehensive policy on waste reduction, recycling, and food waste. This policy includes a number of actions that follow each link in the life cycle of our products:

Working with our suppliers to limit packaging and over-packaging

Ecodesign for all new packaging and products

Waste reduction, selective sorting, and regular monitoring of waste quantities

Ongoing search for value-added channels

Donating to charities to avoid throwing away products with short sell-by dates
